You are invited to participate in the conference: researchers and University teachers, specialists in various fields of science, practitioners, postgraduates, doctoral students, applicants, undergraduates.
The publication will be published on the eLIBRARY platform with indexing in the RSCI

All articles are assigned a DOI.

Based on the results of the conference, articles will be published in the scientific Bulletin.
Articles corresponding to the subject matter, ranging from 6 to 12 pages in length, are accepted for publication. If the volume is exceeded, each subsequent page is charged separately.
The text must be at least 75% original.
Each author receives a free electronic certificate of publication, as well as a personal certificate of the author indicating the academic degree, academic title, position and place of work. The form of participation in the conference is not specified. A printed certificate is provided to authors (if necessary) who have ordered a printed copy of the publication.
CONTROL DATES
Publication of the accepted article on the journal’s website within 15 working days after the completion of acceptance of articles.
Placement of articles in the RSCI system within 30 working days after the completion of acceptance of articles
Distribution of printed collections and certificates within 30 working days after the completion of the acceptance of articles
To publish an article in the journal, you must:
1. Send to the editorial office an article prepared in accordance with the requirements and a completed questionnaire of the author (s) specify the mailing address for receiving the printed copy.
2. Wait for the editorial Board’s response about accepting the article for publication and then pay for participation in the conference using one of the methods listed below.
3. to confirm the payment, you must send the following e-mail to the editorial office of «Humanitarian scientific Bulletin»: naukavestnik@mail.ru scanned (or photo) receipt / receipt for publication payment.
Payment is made only after the author receives a response from the editorial Board about accepting the article for publication.

The publishing fee is required to reimburse editorial and publishing activities and postage costs.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIALS
Length of the article: from 6 to 12 pages.
Text format: Microsoft Word (*. doc, *. docx)
Orientation: book.
Fields (top, bottom, left, right): 2 cm.
Font: Times New Roman, size (size) – 14.
Line spacing: one and a half (1.5).
Original text: at least 70%.
PREPARATION OF THE MANUSCRIPT
Name of the section — on the right edge, in capital letters.
UDC index (left-aligned). You can find the UDC on the website: http://teacode.com/online/udc;
Last name and initials of the author (s) (lowercase letters, bold font, center alignment);
Full name of the author (s) in Russian, academic degree, academic title, position, place of work (study) in the nominative case, organization address (country, postal code, locality, street, house number), e-mail (lowercase, centered).
Title of article (lower case, bold, centre alignment);
Annotation on (from 70 words, width alignment);
Keywords ( at least 7 words, width alignment);
Paragraphs 3-7 should be translated by the author (s) into English.
8. list of references: should be placed at the end of the article in alphabetical order under the title «list of REFERENCES». In the text, references to literature are indicated by square brackets indicating the source number and separated by commas-the page number: [5, p. 115]. Page-by-page footnotes are not allowed. In the list of references, domestic sources are indicated first, followed by foreign sources.
The list of references is drawn up in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008.
Figures and tables: graphic materials are presented with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
The image resolution is at least 300 dpi.
Figures and tables are separated from the text at the top and bottom by an empty line. All tables and figures in the text should be referenced (Table 1; Fig. 1.).
When writing an article, it is recommended to adhere to the following structure: research relevance, problem statement, research materials and methods, discussion, research results, conclusions.
The text of the article should be carefully read and edited. The authors are responsible for the content of articles, for the accuracy of the facts, quotations, statistical and other data, names, titles, and other information provided in the article. Authors of materials published in the journal are fully responsible for compliance with the legislation in the field of copyright protection, protection of official and commercial secrets, for publishing materials protected by agreements, contracts or other legal documents, as well as patents and licenses. Authors must include references to previous works, databases and other sources of information used, and indicate sources of financial support for research.
The editorial Board does not consider articles that are not submitted in accordance with the requirements.
